We offer NoGi BJJ, Gi BJJ, and Self Defense for everyone. Here at Teach Me NoGi we approach things a little differently than the run-of-the-mill BJJ learning sites. There are a lot of great (expensive) subscription websites out there with content by amazing practitioners and world champions. They teach a ton of wild and exciting techniques that these incredible athletes that train 24/7 can pull off, but what about the average BJJ student?
We love what we do, and we love sharing the drills, and techniques that work for us, and teaching them the way they can be executed effectively, even if you don’t happen to be a world-class athlete. We have had the privilege of training under some of the best instructors in the world, and we share the techniques we have learned in an easy, approachable manner, in hopes of helping others find the love that we have for this amazing and personally rewarding art.
Our site has hundreds of instructional videos on specific techniques, positions, and common situations we find ourselves in, and the solutions to those problems that we ourselves have struggled in.
